LOWARI TUNNEL TO REMAIN OPERATIONAL FOR TRAFFIC DURING WINTER.....
The National Assembly's Standing Committee on Communications was informed on Monday that Lowari Tunnel will remain operational for traffic during coming winters.The Committee directed the concerned authorities for timely completion of Havelian-Mansehra and Mansehra -Thakot road.
