The replicator program seems like a basic drone program of attritable fairy capable sensors/fires that the US was planning to build anyways and China likely to as well. You must remember the human political side of this. Kathleen Hicks is objectively a political hack who clearly has arrogance issues as was demonstrated by her interview with Jon Stewart and she needs to put her name on projects that were already planned to make up for that disastrous interview she did. A project of thousands of attritable drones acting like a sensor grid with secondary fire roles has been planned since 2020 . This is merely a political scheme of a basic project that they have planning for some time now so Kathleen Hicks looks good.
Chinese army exercises to restore an airfield after a bombing. The Chinese Army conducted exercises to restore a destroyed runway in the city of Lianyungang, Jiangsu Province, the location of the 95th Fighter Brigade of the Chinese Air Force. The purpose of the exercise is to quickly restore an airfield damaged as a result of an enemy air raid. According to the exercise scenario, the runway was destroyed. Emergency services with special equipment and sappers were involved to carry out restoration work. The runway was reportedly restored within three hours.
It's news, but it isn't necessarily big yet considering an absence of concrete information as to what the actual investigation and context is.
The lack of information means that there are few methods to actually speculate or talk about it until such a time when details emerge later.
No bigger than the news about Xi Jinping being "couped" by American medias.
The only fact is that he cancelled two meetings with foreign counterparts.This is what I have learnt about western media on China, they should be presumed lier until proven inocent, it doesn't matter what is the subject. I would pay more attention to the rumor if it is from street talks in Beijing than from American MSM or Washington officials.
