yes, it is an enhanced version of moskit, but it is still moskit.

I couldn't find anything saying that its going to be a different missle, so I'll say for certain that it will be the Moskit.

It's Moskit MVE instead of Moskit ME, having twice the range, but of course it's still Moskit
