Private Chinese rocket explodes after accidental launch

I see how it works now. When it's a private American company who's rocket explodes, they call it by the company name but when it's a lesser know Chinese company, they have to put the word "Chinese" in it.

But when it's something positive like robosens transforming robots, they never say it's a 'chinese toy company "

Of course it's going to be SCMP. It's hilarious that they haven't been shut down yet.

That narrative has run out of any usefulness.

Now it is just ignorance.

How does a rival country going to use ignorance to beat China?

That won't happen, and that is a problem for the rival country.

For example, some Japanese country wants to beat China in the car industry, beat the Chinese NEV with hydrogen vehicles. The best strategy for the Chinese is to encourage that, implying they have a chance.

Seems like basic Sun Tzu, when strong fake weakness, when weak fake strength.

The twist here is that the Chinese does not have to do anything. The racist attitudes of the rivals, implements this Sun Tzu strategy on its own, China does not need to lift a finger.

Meanwhile, it goes on quietly to get the job done.

Pretty soon, the gap is just too damn wide.

:)

This over-capacity idea from the West, is an interesting idea, because it has no basis in reality, and is not a plan to catch up or compete with China.

They appear strong when accusing China of over-capacity, but that is utter competitive weakness, in other words, just plain weakness.

What did Sun Tzu say when we are weak?

So what is the strategy with this over-capacity narrative?

No one knows.

More tariffs?

Sure why not.

What will happen with more tariffs? Low trade, which means lower growth.

So how does that work for Europe who are stagnant, and America who growth rate is half of China's.

Sure go ahead and make their day, like they have been for a few years with these tariffs and restrictions.

:p

Some people in the West, are completely aware of this non-winning circle or cycle they are in.

But due to anti-China hysteria, they cannot say much, no one will listen anyways. Racist to the bone.

China is using their racism against them.

That they never saw it coming, that they never expected, or can comprehend how that works.

Janet Yellen, PhD, professor at an Ivy League school, says China is doing over-capacity.

How did China reduce someone of Yellen statue to be talking utter rubbish gibberish?

China did something right.

IMHO, China is making a calculated bet here.

With stupid ideas like over-capacity, and with sub-par leadership to put it mildly, peddling such dumb ideas, there is no way they can win in the long run.

That seems like what China is betting on.

In fact, no one can even figure out what they are trying to do?

Isolate China?

The Germans sent three ministers in a span of a week to implore the Chinese to not do anything drastic with the auto industry.

I do not know what this is? I know what is it not, that is not containment.

We have been told, that Huawei has been dead or dying these last few years, when that is nowhere close to the truth.

Please, Log in or Register to view URLs content!

So what is the truth?

Huawei is still here. Huawei is still growing as a company. Huawei still the number #1 telecom equipment maker in the entire world. Huawei branching out into other areas rather aggressively.

In this fight, between the West and China, the West has narrative and mainstream media on their side. What China has on its side is reality.

What would we like to have?

Sun Tzu only dealt with reality. He was a military general and only dealt with what works.
