Lol isn't this guy a known CIA payroller? Nothing he says should be trusted, because it is all government mouthpiece meant to further US agenda.

Seems like some weird ugly art in progress. The local apartment council probably orders this, for reasons unknown... Likely the same biodegradable paint as that used by crazy people that color local streams blue or pink.

When is this? Where is this? What is the paint made of and used for? And under whose's orders?

I believe these questions should be asked first.

Oh, a FYI, Winston Sterzel aka SerpentZa is a notorious absolute anti-China Sinohpobic sh1tbag that relies on heavily defacing and slandering China on Youtube and Twitter for clicks, views and income.

A 95-year-old veteran from Linyi, East China's Shandong Province, found a bullet in his neck during a physical examination on Friday. The news sparked a heated debate among netizens.

According to his son-in-law, surnamed Wang, the veteran had originally gone to the hospital for an X-ray after falling on the ground, but unexpectedly found there were bullet marks in his neck. Wang said his father-in-law had fought in the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression (1931-45), the War of Liberation (1946-49) and the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea (1950-53). "He was injured while carrying a wounded comrade across a river during one of the wars. There are shrapnel in other parts of his body as well." Netizens were moved by the veteran's bravery. "Without their sacrifice and persistence, we would not have a happy life today," one netizen said.

"It is conceivable that the old man suffered much pain at that time, but he did not give up and did not retreat and has been in the front line to protect the country. This is a special 'medal,' worthy of all respect," said another.

Oh...he is also a racist bugger.

I once heard him saying when commenting about some incidences of scamming, that cheating and scamming is an accepted way of life for the Chinese!

The last I heard from him was that he was leaving China being like forced to do so.
