More like you want to demonize China and spread American propaganda. A Chinese historian mentioned in an article that a particular area used to belong to a previous Chinese dynasty. Somehow Jamestown interpreted it as China attempted to claim that area. Let me make it clear for you. China has settled its border dispute with Tajikistan many years ago. It is the official government position. Don't try to create things out of thin air.
The Tajiks don't seem to think it's propaganda.

Even if China actually annexed Tajikistan, it wouldn't be suicidal for China; it would just be a big problem for Tajikistan.... or maybe not if they wanna become a mighty nation.
There are people and groups that were paid by the US to incite hatred between China, Russia, and central asia nations. We all know how active are fifth column within China and Russia.
