It's quite long. It says China is currently the top in the world in this area and growing very fast. It mensioned about CV a lot, and with no doubt, China can produce the steel plate for CV.

more on RO-110, it has finally achieved assembly certification. Not sure if this can be used on ships (probably not), but they are looking to do miniture (60 MW) and expanded (200 MW) of this. I believe this provides 110 MW of power.

11月初，R0110重型燃鸡顺利通过总装工艺评审。评审组领导和专家充分肯定了R0110重型燃鸡5年多的研制成果，通过了R0110重型燃鸡的总装工艺方案，并对装配过程中的关键工作提出了改进建议。目前，R0110重型燃机研制已进入装配阶段，预计下月完成整鸡装配，进入厂内调试阶段。
R0110重型燃机功率为110MW，是我国十五期间研制的，具有完全自主知识产权的重大装备。各参研单位发挥所长，共同完成了R0110重型燃鸡的设计，检验和试验工作。我国现已初步掌握了重型燃鸡的设计技术，初步建立起专业齐全的重型燃鸡研制队伍和设计平台，积累了重型燃鸡研制经验。在此基础上，还同时建立起包括总体性能计算，压气鸡，燃烧室，透平三大部件设计以及内流冷却计算，轴承设计等重型燃鸡研制专业人才队伍，为R0110重型燃鸡的后续发展和新一代燃鸡的研制打下坚实基础。
R0110重型燃鸡项目促进了我国在材料研究领域取得重要突破。在各研制单位共同努力下，仅用两年就实现了E级燃气轮鸡材料国产化，初步建立起标准化体系，工艺实现重点突破，全面提升了国内燃鸡制造业水平，同步实现了材料国产化和工程化应用，并积累了丰富项目管理经验。（黎明）
