Oh well ... but this is IMO a manipulated image since today no operational J-11B (at least none from the 1st Air Brigade) uses the old system anymore.

Concerning this "when" ... I think we discovered the first image with the new system in early 2017 (I think April) but officially it was introduced in December 2016.

It's a half PS. The media people want to get on the low-vis bandwagon and applied a shitty filter to old pictures to get the low-vis look.
