If the tail number (63272) is correct, should be 26th Brigade, 22nd plane.

Those are Su30KM2s.

No, they are not Su-30MK2. These are J-16s. At least 2 things proves that they are: one is the shape of the tip of the vertical stabilizers, the other is the IRST. Russian flanker IRST are visibly very different from Chinese ones.

I've wondered about this question for ages but why is the area around the gun port of every Flanker aircraft not painted?

I think it's because that part is metal (maybe titanium) and is designed to shield the plane from the gun blast and heat. Any paint there could be stripped away when the gun fires, so why bother? IIRC titanium is also notorious for being hard to paint.

Some misunderstandings, I think they said that PLAAF already has seven brigades equipped with J-16 fighters. The fighter serial numbers in the picture belong to the 26th Brigade of PLAAF, it's the seventh equipped J16 fighters of brigades.
