No.

China has J-17, J-10 and in the future "J-31" for the export with trainers and many many UAVs etc.

You do realize that the J-15 is a navalized version of the land-based Flanker, right?

But its derived from su33 taken from ukranian, f15 china own product but j11 and j16 are licensed products, so cant export them with out russia approval , but for f15 russia approval not required
