To admit, I'm not sure ... for the Flanker series I usually thought it to be about 24 aircraft, but I also know these two batch 01 J-11BS and this Batch 03 J-11B both with "29".



and this J-10A has even 0537:

Wonder what improvements the new builds have? Radar seems to be mechanically scanned. Don't seem to have MAWS covering the frontal-hemisphere like the J-10C either.

??? ... no Flanker built in China - besides the J-15s - since 2009 is using a Russian engine anymore! So what do you expect?

I'd like to ask that too. There are so many small differences when they upgrade each generation or iteration of chassis it's hard for the unkeen eye to see.
