Even in Chinese you have this number can be a error, typo and nobody is perfect ...
The number with first Su-27 retired and about 50 new J-16 is to 450 Flankers
For all countries in general better info the variant/language for the country and possible find excellent things.
More specialised sites or blogs don't have always same datas or estimations for them reliability is also not certain.
And for some specials détails can be better a mag or book.
