The number of mylar balloons in the sky is probably staggering... adding up weather balloons, science research balloons, escaped internet balloons and spy ballons they will not lack targets to shot at.

Just says it. It is not a spy balloon but we just can't say so. We need to hype up China's threat even though it made us looks stupid in the world audience but most Americans and many of American lackeys would believe us no matter what.
