I dont think anyone here is calling them idiots. But what can be discerned from the october 2019 parade indicates that the DF-41 complex is inferior to the russian mobile ICBM complex´s. The canister is heavier and doesnt seem to have the capability by itself to indicate target coordinates for the missile.



Those videos dont show DF-41 launches, and launching from a train doesnt necessarily mean that it isnt a predefined-launch site.

If it emits a matched frequency, does it only jam in the direction of Huian? Like if a plane takes off from Guanzhou, is the jamming still effective?

I remember an article I read then when it happened that said the radar was able to see most of the coast of China and in an instant it was rendered useless.

I think it is easier to jam a large fixed radar installation that isn't moving anywhere and always at the same place. You just thrown enough radiowaves of the right type towards its direction.
