Can you please answer for my knowledge
1. Can you please elaborate how cyber attacks against India can be successful? They keep on saying that they have the sophisticated network structure.
2. In past, we have also seen cyber capabilities of a developed countries like China, Japan, US, Russia can can easily destroy the opponent and can create a lot of damage in terms of information and network breach. But never heard that China did any cyber attack or any thing you have on this?
I am afraid I do not know too much about cyberwarfare to answer your questions. Furthermore, this is a thread for strategic and nuclear weapons, not cyberwarfare. Perhaps you could find a thread here dedicated to cyberwarfare to ask your questions. Just to give an answer to your questions:

1) I don't really know how China would cyber-attack India. Most Indians would boast of their great IT security. Except for one Indian defence analyst: Pravin Sawhney. He describes in multiple youtube videos how India lags China in this field, and is so vulnerable. Whether he is a credible source, remains to be seen.

2) Confirmed destructive cyber attacks have so far been done by US and Israel on Iran's nuclear processing facilities. Chinese cyber attacks are never confirmed not denied. But I do think that there is some hint of truth with the alleged F-35 technology hacking done by China on Lockheed Martin. It probably explains the sudden Chinese advancement in stealth fighter design. China is no. 2 in that field all of a sudden, overtaking experienced aircraft makers in Russia and Europe by quite a margin. Just my opinion.

Any incoming ballistic missile into russia and its nuclear war, thats what i call a true deterrence in my view, with can only be achieved by having nuclear parity

I think no first use policy is stupid in my view, its only going to invite your enemy to miscalculate for example an incoming conventional ballistic missile headed towards Beijing, will China only responds to conventional ballistic missile attacks to us bases in japan or korea?

Pure Fusion' weapons are hydrogen bombs that do not need the primary fission stage to detonate the secondary fusion stage. All current fusion weapons work on this two-stage principle. Pure fusion weapons do not yet exist,
Pure fusion weapon doesn't exist because it is simply not possible.
The fusion reaction requires tremendous amounts of energy to move forward which can only be provided by a fission bomb.

Pure fusion weapons does not exist yet. But fission bombs are not the only way to trigger nuclear fusion. Tokamak fusion reactors today can initiate fusion using powerful lasers. The problem for weapons design is that the lasers and the facilities to power them cannot be put into a practical bomb design.

So the science is possible. But the technology just hasn't caught up yet.

Tokamak experiments use magnetic fields to direct the plasma not lasers.

Since pure fusion weapons don't exist yet for anyone, let's leave that aside now.

I guess you answered youself.

There is no physically possible way to put that much power into a deliverable weapon other than a fission reaction itself.
Its not a question of technology, it is just not possible.
