According to Usaf ,test carry out in the early 80s between us and w. Germany ,tvc has a negative effect on the jet engine overall thrust output,it reduced output by at much 25-30% .to cancel out the disruption a engine max. Thrust must exceed 30000 lbs thrust.
This mean the j36 engine max.thrust had to exceed 30000 lbs. Thrust, likely a complete different engine

The figures I've seen previously were a 5-10% penalty for thrust vectoring (for existing aircraft)

I have a feeling this December 26 is going to be another interesting one.

Last year, December 26 was a Thursday.

So this year, I actually think December 25 (Thursday) to be the predominant deadline date this year.

1. China doesn't do Christmas, so it's just a normal working month in December, until the holiday on New Year's Day.

2. It's bad form to set a deadline on a Friday, because there's no leeway for delays before the weekend arrives. And I suspect there will be people leaving that weekend, to make use of the New Year's Day holiday.

It was likely last year there was an exceptionally early CNY, this year CNY is much later.
