I think this size is for Minions to pilot. The number of J-36s produced by this production line is enough to equip the entire Minions army.

IMO, this is the one angle at which this bird actually looks pretty good.
It seems to be dumping fuel only on the side engines (we've seen it dump fuel on all three simultaneously) this time.
