That's $380K per vehicle. Should just grab those unsold pickups on GM/Ford dealers parking lots for about $100K a piece and weld on some steel plates, probably got more protection then those hillbilly looking shit.
Done that with MILCOTS /milverado for use mostly in Canada. During the process they have not disabled the airbags and multiple soldiers got mauled in Canada while receiving their rifle in the face when going off-road in exercises...

My buddy hilariously sent this tweet to me with the comparison to the PLA

Is DEI done better in China?

Not terribly fair to be honest through, that is clearly some local reserve unit doing something for what I assume is Remembrance Day inside a mall vs. Probably the best paraders for the 70th anniversary of the PRC

That being said, the local organization looks ffff terrible and even the officers are total shhhh paraders. If the troops haven’t been issued Dress uniforms, they shouldn’t be parading, or have a separate column for them so it doesn’t look so disparate. If they didn’t have a good enough turnout and had to march with people in CADPAT, then that is the unit and NCO problem. That was a long time ago though, so I guess things are worse.

32 Brigade is GTA-area Reserve Brigade
Also it's BMQ

However, it probably should still be better. I remember watching an SQ grad, they took a few days of practice on the Meaford parade square.
True but I am pretty sure they should have good drill at this point because they all have earned their cap badges aka pass the drill test.

My experience is no.

That being said, such bad parade skill can only partially be blamed on the troops as I outlined before.
NCOs should be drilling the junior ranks until they are in a presentable state.
