Considering vr after completing bmoq. It is a fucking dysfunctional shitshow. And the worst thing is if you get injured or badly sick you would be stuck in trp hell for months and then be forced to restart your training from week 1

Yeah, I knew a guy who took like 3 years to get loaded on his DP1, think it is equal to CAP1 for officers. Probably changed the name by now.

I VR’d primarily because I didn’t feel respected, followed by general disorganization, and finally civvy job was going well.

Hilariously I put in my memo right after finishing up my yearly Training requirements and the TSM asked if I was serious. I said yes and “I did it for you, I want your numbers to look good”. He was honestly one of the good guys.

It will turn around in the administrative system for 10 years to fill some pocket on studies and acquisition paper works. It will end with 2 or 4 new icebreakers.

Canada has bought new vehicles for the 3rd Battalion of each Reg Force Infantry regiments aka the light infantry guys so they don't have to walk.
That's $380K per vehicle. Should just grab those unsold pickups on GM/Ford dealers parking lots for about $100K a piece and weld on some steel plates, probably got more protection then those hillbilly looking shit.
