Awesome, have placed the pre-order!
To admit, that would not be possible, since my publisher - similar to me
- is a bit old-fashioned and prefers to publish "real" books one can old in his own hand.I had this discussion already a few times and his main argument is always that it is difficult to keep the quality in ebook format....
But may I ask, where You live - maybe via PM - since can't think that the Publisher charges over $20 for the shipping

As far as I know there's not a special retailer in Argentina, but in Brazil this one is responsible; maybe he can deliver cheaper to Argentina than Amazon.com:
