Hahaha, that's ok, Deino. Your offer is much appreciated but I can't accept, I did barely anything except google some stuff.
The characters on the top row are 中国人民解放军 - Chinese People's Liberation Army. And the bottom two large characters say 海军, meaning 'Navy'.
You were very close but you ascribed the bottom two characters to the top row.

Think these are the new standard patches after the recent reorganisation. The wings for air force, anchor for navy makes sense. Army got a whole bunch of patches I don't know what is the default now. Rocket force is two rockets with a gold star, and support get some kind of atom looking thing.Thank You both !
