Can someone explain what's going on in Bohai and Tianjin, it seems like a military exercise but what kind of exercise.
And what are those bright UAV/UFO looking things in the sky along with videos of flares/chaffs

Why did PLAGF retain four combined arms divisions in XMD? WTC has the 76th and 77th group armies with the standard post-reform orbat, but for some reason XMD is an exception. I mean, XMD and TMD are already exceptions jurisdiction-wise, but even TMD has the usual combined arms brigades instead of divisions. XMD is the odd one out.

I know Beijing also has two divisions, but it's reasonable to expect the capital to operate in more of a reserve capacity. XMD is on the frontlines, as it were.

I'm interested in why Chinese/Russian autocannons on IFVs, especially the 30mm ones, have so much barrel wobble and shake compared to, for example the bushmaster on the bradley or the 40mms on CV90s. Is this due to a worse recoil mechanism or some other manufacturing problem?

For example, look at 0:13 on this video. Just 3 shots from this autocannon, and there is a lot of vibration afterwards, this much wobble would decrease accuracy drastically in sustained bursts of fire. (The same happens to a lesser extent on bmp-2 autocannons), and even more on any of the unmanned turrets. (Possibly due to a turret mount without recoil mechanisms). But the barrel wobble on the zbl-08s seem worse than without any recoil mitigation solutions?

Compare this with the Bradley

There is 0 barrel movement whatsoever. Much higher accuracy and allows for adjustment of fire during long bursts. I'm wondering to what extent this barrel wobble issue is fixed on new chinese IFVs / APCs.

It's not about the fire rate, there's many videos of the CV90 firing just as fast, with a higher caliber, and 0 barrel wobble

A 3 round burst of fire from a 30mm autocannon shouldn't make the barrel keep wobbling for 2-3 seconds after firing right?

In the case of the CV90 there's definitely recoil backwards, however that's fine for the accuracy. In terms of the bradley, there's just absolutely no barrel movement at all, it looks as if it's firing blanks (That's how stable the gun is)

It's just a consequence of the soviet derived 30mm. You can see the PLA even put braces to reduce it. However, newer domestic PLA 30mm systems do not wobble. For example, take a look at this video of VN-17's 30mm firing. No wobble.

Are there any sort of cartridge development from china that is either similar or same with 300blk? A rifle cartridge that is meant to be used with a suppressor.
