What would be the future direction of the PLAN? Will they work to match the USN's capability in power projection in the near future (circa 2035) especially with China being such a large exporting nation with interests and major investments pretty much all over the world. Though I feel like a big issue with this is China's lack of oversea bases however there seen to be plans to build a few more "joint" bases in some countries recently but haven't heard much news on them.
