check your math, J-20 serials start at 00xx, so it would be 10220 not 11220. and if China does indeed open a second production line for J-20 then they can easily hit 09220.

I have corrected myself in the thread above. But it is still not going to be 09220 if they are continuing on previous numerical system.

Rumor is that they are waiting for 2D TVC. Apparently 3D TVC will require significant changes to the rear layout.

How could 3D nozzles be implemented in a way that minimise the drawbacks wrt stealth and IR? In what aspect of the J-20's expected role set would 3D nozzles be generally more advantageous over 2D nozzles (beyond presumable minor advantages in WVR combat)?

New pictures of J-20 and J-35 are quite rare and in the past couple of months. Heavier crackdowns on wallclimbers lately ? We don't have a lot of new pictures of J-20b, twin seater, J-35, etc.
