Really ... could add a few hand-made markings in the map?

The limitation vis-a-vis the mentioned airfields is not about their quantity, but the fact that they are at a considerably high altitude, almost all over 10,000ft. This reduces the combat load an aircraft would be able to carry.
However, this fact has been beaten to death by the Indian side while citing operational disadvantages to plaaf, while totally ignoring the fact that adding 25-30% of the length of the runway(entirely possible due to favourable terrain) will completely counteract the problem( except probably for tire wear due to higher landing, takeoff speeds)

I know, but point is the three eastern bases mentioned in the Indian map are entirely unknown to me. Do you know them?

These aren't airbases, but airfields that could readily be used for basing missions, on short notice.
1) Hoping is shigatse airport
2) Linzhi is a Nyingchi airport.
3) Pangta is Qamdo Bamda airport.

A question about chinese fighter jet classification,

what I know is that for a generic fighter jet say a J-??, J-??H is the naval version, J-??S the dual seater and J-??D the EW version while J-??A-C are improvements over each other.

Now I have seen some pictures where J-11 variants are labeled as J-11BG so I want to ask what the letter G implies here.
Secondly I wonder how many iterations you can possibly have given this classification system as letters from E on are barred with exception to designate new versions. Take the J-10 for example. We know that there is already J-10C so as far as standard improvement goes the classification system should be filled. So what would a newer version of a J-10C be called and how many designations can you make up after that one?

I think G stands for Gai or modified
