The 2024 wealth distribution in the U.S. The bottom 50% (the small black dot at the bottom) of families have almost no assets (also 2.6% share lmao), and many even have negative wealth.

These are the working-class Americans juggling multiple jobs just to survive, we immediately see that they have a lower standard of living than ordinary Chinese citizens due to high expenses and financial stress.

The middle 40% (50th-90th percentile) hold 30% of total wealth, averaging $300,000 per person. They form the backbone of U.S. consumer spending but struggle with high living costs and forced expensive consumption. Many believe they need at least $1 million saved to retire comfortably, but this goal is becoming harder to reach.

The top 10% hold 70% of the wealth. All of this is basically what the XHS has told us anecdotally about how life is going in the US. It seems that not only quality of life (where China is at least 100 years ahead), but standards of living are also where China overtook the US already now.

nowadays Elon musk is just pure entertainment. he brings the clown out of alot of people in the US.
I think he just got bored of just having money and doing nothing else so he decided to troll people.
No, Elon is pulling a nasty move here.

The existence of Elon's offer which is much higher than the original valuation can boost the fair market value of Sam's company i.e. assets. This means Sam will owe more taxes at the time he convert to for-profit.

Sam also will feel pressured by his investors—fiduciary duty makes it hard to sell at anything other than Musk's price. This comes at a delicate time where OpenAI is gradually transitioning to a for-profit control structure which requires lots of internal acquisitions.

Elon and Satya in the background working to screw over Sam and SoftBank with this one.

Canadians are too blindsided to deal with Trump. Their first kneejerk reaction is to hitch their economy onto the EU. They try ignore China being the 2nd biggest economy. Which is exactly why Canada economy is an outright failure. Everyone trades with China. Even the Americans and Europeans but the Canadians are pretending that the Chinese don’t have the 2nd largest economy.
Mexico is next. Lol
Same argument that Mexico is stealing US Auto Industry.
