It's actually worse.

By company rules, most UPS delivery trucks can't even have their doors closed, because opening and closing (plus locking and unlocking) doors waste company time. Wasting company time = wasting company money, so you become a bad, unproductive worker.

Isn't this a traffic safety violation? Specially with a lot of loose package inside. It is where I live.
