Its a crazy bird all the way around, somewhere I read an account of one being blown off deck, back ramp open contact with the ocean surface, one of two aft crew members drowned as he exited aircraft second survived. Pilot and Co-Pilot stayed with it, actually recovered the aircraft, lifting off the water and back on deck?? maybe someone could re-post.
very interesting read, tragic drowning of crew, but amazing airmanship to actually recover and save the aircraft??
