YJ is equipped on destroyer right? Why they need so many version of hypersonic on a destroyer

Someone need to list out the capabilities and differences for each number.

Can also possibly equipped on naval fighter, bomber or submarine e.g. YJ-18 family

YJ-15, YJ-17, YJ-19 and YJ-20 were all introduced as "hypersonic weapons". Can we take that as official confirmation that the YJ-15 is hypersonic, or they just couldn't be bothered to make a distinction between YJ-15 and the other hypersonic AShMs?

I think they just can't separate a anti-ship missile formation just for the YJ-15, A happy problem that comes with achieving comprehensive hypersonic capabilities.

I am disappointed actually. They already have HQ-9. They lack naval Anti-Ballistic missile similar to HQ-19 and quad packed missile similar to ESSM.

How do you know that? You took a peek at every UVLS on a 055?

Turns out the big unmmaned sub is a reconaissance vehicle. So much for the loitering nuke proposals.

I was also very surprised at the size of that laser, really makes me wonder what the power output is and it's range and damage abilities

If they are CIWS complements, then short range short bursts, the size helps with accuracy and speed. Even nano seconds matter at those engagement ranges.
