Well, Park Chunghee's daughter (then president) attended the 2015 parade, so even if President Lee decides to show up, it would just be a continuation of status quo and return to a more amicable Sino-ROK Relations.

But the Kims have never attended any of China's military parades after the 1950s, so that was why Park's attendance of the 2015 parade was such a big deal.
