Considering they just fired a general that disagree with their assessment about Iran nuclear program the rest of US generals have to tailor their answers so it won't offend the Orange in Chief.
One should lower the expectation of seeing actual Chinese reactions there though. Last time they streamed a far less serious official event (the spring festival celebration) and the reactions were heavily censored. Hell they didn't even use an AI to determine the tone of comments but used some whitelist keyword matching so barely any comments went through. All reactions at that time were their own bots. Basically Bilibili is the most chaotically run major Chinese site and as a result they have the most heavy/random censorship.
