If there are no more attacks, then this is nothingburger. In comparison, Iran lost senior military officials, top nuclear scientists, anti-air defences, one of the nuclear enrichment facilities, some airports and Tehran was bombed for hours. I seriously hope that this is just the beginning, otherwise it's too weak and too late.
This. People are getting excited that Iran is landing hits, but like yeah that should be the bare minimum lol. Lest we forget, Israel has so far: decapitated Iran’s entire command staff and top leaders, bombed god knows how many military targets and missiles in Iran, taken out nuclear scientists and bombed nuclear sites, and taken out basically every single proxy of Iran save the Houthis. These strikes at the VERY least need to be crippling Israel’s ability to retaliate in the immediate future and greatly disrupting their C2, neither of which has happened so far. This isn’t Hezbollah, or Hamas, or any non-state actor. This is Iran itself, we should be realistic about what they need to achieve to have this considered a success. Anything less is a complete and abject failure and means the Israelis got away with basically crippling the Axis of Resistance.
