Azeri news site says the meeting was between PLAAF and Azeri Air Force delegation concerning the current state and future prospects of military and military-technical cooperation between the Air Forces of Azerbaijan and China.

Thanks, but even if it is an Airforce related meeting, it could be anything from fighters to UAV/UCAV, to transports to whatever ... but not strictly a claer hint for a J-10C (even if I won't complain if true)

UCAV wise I think Turkey and Israel have their demands covered, at least for the near future.
