Guided mortars can probably be fired while moving.

Surprise, yet another laser weapon called FireArrow-21.

More information on that new laser weapon, whose name I mistranslated. The name should be "Laser Arrow 21". There is a smaller sibling system called "Laser Arrow-11E", but it's not a destructive laser weapon but rather a jammer/dazzler.

Hmmm.... so kill them all and let 觀音 sort them out?
That's kinda how traditional artillery works no?

But we can already do much better with drones
- Unless its an urban area and the enemy is hiding among civilians there won't be any non-combatants in the box
- You can also train AI to tell civilian vehicles from military ones, if you care to do so.
- If they do hide in civilan areas humans won't be able to tell them apart either.
- The box can be a polygon and can be drawn with recon drone after segregating combatants from non-combatants, and the polygon shape can be updated remotely.

Just think of it as a more precise and efficient artillery barrage with minimal collateral damage.
