It is a standard PLA medium mobilized artillery battalion.The composition of a SH-16 artillery regiment, with three batteries of six guns each, along with associated command and support vehicles (recon, radar, logistics, meteorological, etc.) and UAVs.

Probably just illustrative. I vaguely remember having seen photos of similar types of UAV being assembled in field by PLAGF soldiers in preparation for launching. There could be more UAVs, in form of parts, stored in one of the trucks.
