I'm looking forward to the days when only A.I. judges are used in sporting events.

Really, even for seemingly nonsubjective sports like football and basketball, the outcome of a game could be very different had the decisions of the referees/judges had gone the other way during the game.

Remember during the summer games last year a South Korean wanted someone disqualified because he accused him of being a terrorist? The South Koreans have become the poster child of spoiled winners/sore losers. Maybe they should argue that because Squid Game was internationally popular, South Korea has the right to win all their events.

Judging is not meant to be fair. It is 100% based on personal opinion, it just averaged out by many judges. That's why I am against sports that requires judging in the Olympics. You go faster, stronger and can be measured then it's acceptable.

judge is linking actions to rules. with tech aids, they can mostly do a good job.

No. Have you seen figure skating, ski/snowboard, diving, etc. They are all opinions on how "artistic", technical difficult or "beautiful" something is. No one have a true measure of these soft measures. It is not you run fast, you win. You throw further you win.
