China womens hockey team just won 3-1 against Denmark!
Denmark women's hockey isn't a powerhouse but neither is China, the match was pretty even with Denmark leading 1-0 in the first period and most of the second.
China scored once in the 2nd period to equalize, and then scored with 50 seconds left in the 3rd (and final) period to get a 2-1 lead. China then scored on an empty net (The Danes pulled their goalkeeper for an extra attacker with 40 seconds left in the game) with 30 seconds left to seal the game.
It was a really good game, both teams were going at it hard. Both teams felt they could win, and knew wins wouldn't come easy this tournament, so they really left it out there.
China women's hockey's really making a good showing so far.
to me, if they are PRC citizens, they are as Chinese as any, period. And the goals came from Chinese and not foreigners too!

And the goals came from Chinese and not foreigners too!
China scored the 2nd goal in the last minute of regulation time. So Denmark sent their goalkeeper forward as mentioned in a last ditch effort, leaving an empty net for China to score goal no 3 less than 20 seconds later!
The goal Denmark scored was the first ever ice hockey goal from Denmark at an Olympics

Oops.Actually... all foreigners are going by Chinese names for the olympics.
Lin Qiqi is also known as Leah Lum, from Richmond BC.
Lin Ni is Rachel Lanes, from San Jose, California.
Both are of Filipino heritage though, I think.
Asian,Oops.
There was a team China player called Le Beika, cos she's a Caucasian called Rebecca.
Is Leah Lum Asian or white?
Sounds Filipino Chinese. Like the great @ansy1968Asian, she's Filipino I think.
