its an Autogyro
They have shorter range but are also far easier to transport than a full size helicopter. it shows again that the PLA seems to have a everything from sling shot to rail gun approach. They are probably well suited to asymmetrical attack but are a death wish vs conventional forces with any short range air defense systems. Eve the auto cannon on an IFV.

I am more interested in what kind of rocket launcher that the guy in the rear is holding, it is definitely not any kind of launcher commonly found in the rank and file of the PLA. Is it possible that the PLA decided to adopt a lightweight recoiless rifle like the M3 Gustav ? And what will this spell for the Chinese version of the RPG-7 ? In any a case I sure hope that the guy is trained to NOT fire the thing while still on board.
