I also think I remember it so from 2014, since I live in Central Europe (GMT+02 in Summer), and I had to get up about 4:00 AM (i.e. 10:00 AM Chinese) to watch the parade then. The Chinese news sites say something about the beginning of the broadcast at 7:00 AM, but I guess there will be long preparations and varinous things before the parade itself starts.

I asked the question at certain Chinese channels and several people confirmed it: 10 AM Beijing Time, i.e. 2 AM Greenwich Time.

Many thanks! Seems that the live broadcast of the celebrations begins at 0:00 GMT, i.e. 8:00 Chinese Time, but the military parade itself should start two hours later.
