It is unusual (Japan being the first and so early), but understandable.
I know. That's why I'm shocked so thought I share it here!

Actually, it should not be of any shocking, maybe a little bit surprise, and even that surprise is within the realm of being predicted to happen. We have seen Abe's reorientation in the last half year, this congratulation is just another gesture.I know. That's why I'm shocked so thought I share it here!
Japanese prime minister bring good wishes on. Behalf of the japanese people!
The boots dont look military grade of shoe.Love the mini skirts.
Hahaha No, that's Japanese. He's not stupid enough to try something like that. Japanese people actually have a much better understanding of China and they know that would just get him laughed at because that's exactly what Japanese people would do if a foreign dignitary tried to kiss up to them by speaking broken, heavily accented Japanese on TV.sorry for my ignorance but, is he talking chinese?!?!?!?!
The pink dresses in the past and grayish blue dresses this year are not really uniforms, but a "celebration dress-ups". They are militia, together with the male militia they do NOT have formal uniforms, that's why the changing dresses. The boots dont look military grade of shoe.
I last saw them appear in a parade about a decade ago when they wore a pink uniform with black boots.
Sloppy and imprecise propaganda article. I live in a democratic country and i sincerely find chinese state media more abjective and better informed than media like CNN or BBC (not to mention republican outlets)
