Okay lets fall with narrative as evidence.
1 we already know atleast 1 mig-21 is down regardless of how.
So Pakistan claims 2 kills and no loses. Lets give them that. 2 Migs. As ISPR claimed they shot 2 migs and 1 pilot is in custody and the 2nd is in the hospital. 2nd statement.
Prime Minister of Pakistan gives a statement right after the skirmish in the air. India has not responded yet. Fog of war. Go to 3:20 and he only mentions Migs and 2 pilots.
This is the DGISPR FEB 26-27? official statement. First statement in the fog of war. The guy who speaks to the media on behalf of the pakistani military.
For those who don't understand Urdu at 4:50 he says they have 2 shoot downs, 2 pilots captured 1 in the hospital. THIS IS A FOG OF WAR! Also ONLY JF-17 where used NO F-16s according to the Official from Pakistans military.
So what do the Pakistanis have? 1 pilot and 1 crash. So the other 2 pilots were mistakes. Fog of war. Must have been Indians but how did they end up in a Pakistani hospital?
Double check with India. 3rd statement and 1st from India. 1 mig and 1 pilot MIA. Nothing else.
After which, Pakistan says they have 1 pilot and the other pilot/s landed on the Indian side.
Second statement from India. They say they shot downed 1 F-16 and Lost a Bison. BOth on the Pakistani side. They also show the AMRAAM. If Amraam was fired an F-16 was involved. Pakistan lost something and definitely 2 pilots or 1.
Unless Indian pilots managed to sneak out of prison and the hospital in the greatest escape.
Also to add to this, you may want to note where India held its 2nd briefing. Under an open sky at night. No Modi no politicians. Something of a signal to the world watched and the people who understand other languages besides spoken.

I love how the focus is now on accusations Pakistan used their F-16s illegally meaning the West especially the US demands all the arms they sell around the world can only be used for defensive purposes. What more does anything that says defensive than this?

An AMRAAM shell means an AMRAAM was fired. There is absolutely no connection between than and anything being shot down.
