Quite interesting to see that China is still marketing such an obscure caliber howitzer. Though it's performance cannot be disputed, if brought up to specs with existing modern howitzers, the Type 59-1's range can potentially even outrange most 155mm howitzers currently in service, just as it has before in the 1950s.

The stated range is 38 km, comparable to the M777 and PLZ-45.
Any performance info on these little guys? Tracked versions of the Mountain Cat family or a different name series?
