I agree unless there are some legalities going on. OH and FL should have everything in by then unless we're talking very very close race where lawyers etc gets involve like 2000 cluster.

my conjecture is actually based on obama's conceding fl. i think their calculus was that oh was more central to victory. it would be the anchor of a block from nj to ia, that, if they can win, they're in.

romney now has pretty much collected all the electoral votes he was expected to get. along the missouri/ mississippi and the continental divide.
