Thanks planeman and HKSDU. I fixed both. I am going to add a section in the 2010 update about the deployment to Somalia and the anti-pirating mission. Four different flotillas have now been rotated through there, with a fifth coming soon. That fifth may include the LDP 998, Kunlunshan.

Thus if people are only reading data as a percentage on the whole, there will have this sudden fear of the Chinese growth. But if you actually look into individual growth breakdown and the numbers of capable ships, the Chinese's navy is actually quite weak when compared to the Western, Japan and even South Korea Standard.

Thus I think a side note should be place in your fabulous website to emphasis this fact.

What if that's the intention? After all, on the same website is a book called: "Dragon's Fury - World War Against America and the West".
