@@At 23:00 on April 21, Alem, a sailor on the "Osman" missile frigate of the Bangladesh Navy, was sent to the PLA Navy's "Peace Ark" hospital ship, where the medical team from the General Hospital of the PLA Navy carried out a perianal-abscess resection for him, helping him to get rid of painful illness that had troubled him for 15 days.

@@In the past few days, the medical team from the General Hospital of the PLA Navy on board of the "Peace Ark" hospital ship acted as a "patron saint" of patients from foreign naval warships. The first foreign patient the medical team received is Colorado, a trainee on the Mexican Navy's sailing ship "Cuauhtemoc", who received bone-injury treatment from the medical team.

@@The medical team also gave medical treatment to 3 wounded sailors on New Zealand warship on the morning of April 21, 2009.
