Nice. Are those models you scratch built. from kits, 3D Prints?

You have quite a few there.

What scale? 1/144?

VEry well done.

Do me a favor and make a seperate thread out of your work. It is very interesting and very well done. It would be nice to have you show how you did each one...doing a separate thread for each...what scale...how you go about it, etc.

Put them under the same Member's Club Room forum.

Very well done.

I build many model aircraft in 1/72 scale...but they are from kits. What you are doing here looks like it is scratch built which is MUCH harder and takes much more skill.

well anything requieres skills, i buy sometimes models, a lot of 1/144, i just bought a MiG-25 last week, but in 1/144 some aircraft are not well made, from the models i have the best well made are F-8 Crusader, F-105, F4U Corsair, He-177, Ar-234. Hellcat, P-47 thunderbolt.

But my favorites are not well made specially the Tomcat, the F-14 that i have as as avatar, is my favorite the early 1970s painting, with half yellow and white radome.

Saludos and your aircraft carrier is well done i like the tailess F-22 you have there.

But if i am honest i will always love the F-14, no aircraft is more of my liking as that one in the US navy history, with perhaps the F-18 legacy, in 2002 i think i was aboard the kitty hawk and i touched the F-14 and F-18, pretty nice machines.

By the way my uncle was a navy sailor in the Korean war of 1950-53, and my cousin has a son who is going US navy

Congrats!

When I was on the USS in Corpus Christi. which is a post-world war II carrier converted from one of the Essex class World War II carriers, they had an F-14 on the deck and I was able to get up close and personal to it!

Here's a link to my photo album of the visit on Flickr:

And very much congratulations on your cousin joining the Navy.

My father as US Navy and both of my grandfathers. My oldest daughter's husband is career US Navy and I have worked with the US Navy on various projects throughout my career.

Again, thanks for showing us your work with those aircraft...I look forward to seeing some threads about them.
