The coordinates given dont make much sense for the launch of a submarine at Bohai. Its for some small area of water further south. My guess is some sort of very limited military exercise.

On social media, “trustworthy” is not a good way to evaluate information, even trustworthy people make mistakes, and without other evidence, you can neither confirm nor disprove his statement. You can try to evaluate the information based on other information, rather than either taking it at face value or completely ignoring it. This is actually how OSINT works.
This information is not difficult to evaluate. It has provided coordinates, and the coordinates of the Huludao Shipyard are known, and the two do not overlap. Typically, submarines do not leave the Huludao port area after launching as it also takes a long time for outfitting afterward. Therefore, this is most likely unrelated to the Type 095.

PLA submarine forces are so sensitive that I think the best indication is if we see colletive silence on the topic from PLA watchers social accounts in China, in anyway if 095 is in the water , we won't see it for a quite while officially .

Pretty old post but it could possibly indicate 095 will use IEPS
