Under construction? Who knows, possibly over a dozen, depending on the definition of construction.
How many 093b launched? 4 to 8, depening on the source and timing of source's info.

6+6 older types is the usually accepted count. Doesn't mean it's 100% true but it shouldn't be far off said count.
