The images are just usual filler b-roll. The stuff about the 095 is in the Chinese subtitles. That said, I’d take it with a grain of salt. They could have just misinterpreted the same Ma interview everyone else has.

sure it is 093 in the video, but it is normal for CCTV to show older one in video and introducing new stuff at the same time, especially for nuclear submarine.
