According to this image, the fourth Type 075 is indeed "out" maybe for a first sea trial.

If this is indeed her going for her first sea trial instead of being moved to her new fitting-out site at Changxing Island (I can't be sure because there are clouds hanging over the fitting-out basin today) - Recall that she was launched barely two-and-a-half months ago.

That would be fricking fast for a warship of that size, if that's true.

Same question here. I'm somewhat leaning towards the latter, but we'll see.

You are correct, I think it is just on its way to the new fitting-out area and not for a sea trial.
